The description claims that this 90 was once a 1978 109 defender and has been rebuilt into a 200 tdi defender 90??

Hmmm, the reg plate comes from a 1975 88" LR.

It's too young for classic car status,  so its not zero rated RFL, so there must be another reason why that plate would be on that truck 

For the truck to retain it's original 1975 index, it should be on the original chassis or a brand new like for like replacement with purchase evidence and retain two other key original components

Will flag this thread up to AVCIS for them to consider our suspicions

just went to do a reg check on my proggie but the reg is too old for the proggie only goes back as 86 lol
