LRO Billing

Anyone going to the Billing show?

Im there Friday, Saturday and Sunday, camping with the Merseyside Land Rover Club.

Hopefully see some of you there. Green 90 with white roof. You should be able to spot my reg...

Rik, sorry we didn't get a chance to meet up on Saturday.

I brought extended family along who didn't really share my enthusiasm to hang around even after it had stopped raining.   :(

It was kind of a case of "right you've got your rev counter and rear door gas strut so can we fook off now please".    Even placating them with a couple of pints of Guiness and jacket spud didn't do the trick.....

How can people not share the enthusiasm for Landy's???

It was a good show, if a little wet on Saturday, although after I had purchased waterproof pants and jacket, I went to the showers to change my soaking pants and put the waterproofs on. Came out of the showers and it stopped raining!!! Unbelieveable.

I got myself some stickers, and some chequer plate. Was a good weekend. Enjoyed myself.

Sorry we didnt get to meet up, my phone went flat and had to wait till I got back to the camp to put the generator on to charge it.
