be on your guard rik.. sounds dodgy.. there was a regular member posted on LZ this mornin.. he lives in eckington about his defender....ignition barrel gone, wiring loom destroyed  even decided to smash the sub immobiliser slowed them down long enough to stop them stealing it but they had run all the wires needed to bypass it. When he got there the interior was destroyed, the ignition was on and it took him and a fellow defender owner less than a minute to get the car running using only the wires they had run. 

Ive asked him to post on here so we have more details and can keep up to to developments... and told him there was alot goin on in sheffield.

footman james WELL !!!! after being held on the phone for 15 mins whilst the girl kept putting me on hold whilst she went to ask confirmation on literally every question i asked came back to me and said that because i was off work ( self employed and awaiting surgery nothing to affect driving) and had sold my van they would not insure me as i didn't have a van for work ( still got the car though)!! !!!!!

then i tried glynswood phoned back after a few mins with £257 all including mods,towing a trailer green lanning and any off road use ,though they did say that the vehicle was still a bit too new for a cheaper quote !

 GUESS WHERE IM GOING !
