Suspicious Vehicle Sales / 1971 109 or 110?

hi
joined yesterday after bit of a hunt and investigation over the last few days.
spotted another sale on ebay and knew i had seen it for sale before. Its listed as a 1971 109 yet the spec is 110 and the latest sale says 110 chassis and " recently taken in part exchange"
was previously mentioned on landyzone but cant see in here.

can see the doors are certainly series but surely if it has a 110 chassis it should be q plate?
